Hidden Treasures Property and Land Management llc is a company that manages properties in the Asheville/Hendersonville area of Western North Carolina. It is our goal for our owner clients to “reduce stress and maximize profits” thru good communication, quick response to problems and thru productive advertizing (web, internet and print).

We offer full service management benefits for our landlord clients with long term and vacation rentals. We oversee all aspects of the rental process (from screening prospective tenants, collecting rents, minimizing costs, and sometimes if needed thru the eviction process). Our management fees are competitive, and with multiple properties discounts based on the amount of properties for rent may be offered.

Our team is managed by Scott Burrell who is a North Carolina Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been selling and managing properties since 2006. Before Real Estate Scott was employed by Coca-Cola and Hershey Candy Company where he was instilled with the values of customer service and quality assurance. Before that he had the great honor and opportunity to serve our country with the 3rd Ranger Battalion in the US Army. Where he learned to do many pushups and honor for country.
